Phillips Civil War Monument and Teague WWI Arch

 This monument in the Phillips Evergreen Cemetery is 

"Dedicated to the Fallen Soldiers of the Civil Was 1861-1865".

The North Franklin Agricultural Building was built in 1894 for the annual county fair.  It held exhibits and displays in a variety of categories.The fair was a great community event and continued in Phillips until about 1938 .
